If your users prefer to get text messages from you rather than emails (or even both) they can setup their primary or secondary email with their mobile phone number combined with the email gateway of their provider. Refer to the table below for information on common providers and their gateways.

  • SMS messages are text only and will be limited to size and split into multiple messages by the provider. No additional formatting or links allowed.
  • MMS messages can contain text, images and attachments. No additional formatting or links allowed.


An example setup with an AT&T mobile device number of (123) 456-7890 would look like this: 1234567890@mms.att.net
